Our second option is for those who wish to apply for a mortgage loan using a bank. After having made your separation of only US $ 500.00 effective, we will request 50% of the value of the lot to be purchased and payable in 18 monthly installments without interest. The remainder of the purchase price (50%) will be paid through an Irrevocable Promise Letter of payment issued by an authorized bank in favor of the developer.
