Access Road to Property:
Altos del Peñon is the closest property to Panama City, (only 45 min) away  by  car and only 25 - 30 min from beaches and golf courses. Basic road access has been cut and established allowing only 4X4 access at this time although we are  currently working on a better access strategy.

Clean property and review best road access options. Currently there is no electricity on sight but there are high voltage cables only 500 meters  from  the property.

Study alternate routes and adjacent properties market to horse and mountain people. Great development potential for retirees and investors.
